Initially i thought it might be a fuse problem, but ive changed the fuses around with other that work. but still the whole audio area is out no lights nothing. it wont even eject out an existing tape!!

well this “car audio system” is installed in my house running off a 12V 60A Computer Power supply. do I connect the cap to the 12V and ground on my amp or connect capasitor negative to PSU 12v positive and connect the capasitor postive to 12V on the amp?
